Orajic HMS is a cloud hotel management platform built for Indian hotels. It handles guest check-in with Aadhaar OCR, room and dorm bed management, restaurant POS, reservations, shift handovers and WhatsApp guest messaging — all from one dashboard you can open on any device. An OTA channel manager is built and coming soon as an add-on.
Front-desk staff scan a guest's ID card and Orajic HMS reads it automatically and fills in the guest register in seconds instead of minutes of manual typing. ID images and personal data are encrypted in transit, stored privately with access-controlled, expiring links, and handled under our DPDP-Act-aligned privacy policy.
Plans start at ₹999/month (Lite). Lite runs the front desk. Growth (₹1,999) lets you sell direct — your own commission-free booking page, online check-in and restaurant POS. Pro (₹2,999) adds automatic WhatsApp guest messaging, smart pricing, a CA-ready GST report, the staff activity log and priority support. A one-time setup fee applies. The channel manager is built and syncs rates and availability two-way, but it is not switched on yet — it is listed as coming soon on our pricing page, as a ₹1,499/month add-on. Talk to us if you want to be among the first hotels on it.
Yes. Bookings made through your own Orajic direct booking page and online check-in flow are not subject to any OTA-style commission — you only pay your monthly HMS subscription.
Yes, through Register Import, a one-time paid data-migration service that imports your existing ledger from CSV exports or photographed registers and normalizes common column-header variations automatically.
Yes. Dorm bed management runs alongside standard room management, with its own inventory and limits per plan.
You write your own guest messages, so any language you like — hotels commonly use English, Hindi or Marathi. The app's own screens are in English.
Extra rooms or beds beyond your plan's limit are billed as overage at a flat per-unit monthly rate, capped at a maximum number of overage units — you're never blocked from operating.
Restaurant POS is included from the Growth plan upward. Room reservations are on every plan, including Lite.
Orajic HMS prompts a mandatory handover at a configurable interval (8, 12 or 16 hours) so every shift change is logged — useful for accountability and cash reconciliation.
Any device with a modern web browser. It's cloud-hosted, so there's nothing to install and no per-device licensing.
