Hotel software with Aadhaar check-in and GST billing

The short answer

If you run a lodge or small hotel in India and want ID capture and GST bills in one system, Orajic HMS does both. Staff photograph or scan the guest's ID, the system reads the printed fields into a new booking, and staff confirm them before saving. A Guest ID report is kept for when the register is asked for.

What happens at the front desk

• Scan the guest ID: name, ID number, address and date of birth are read into the register instead of being typed by hand.
• Staff check the fields and save. Nothing is stored until a person confirms it.
• The same guest record carries into billing: a GST tax invoice at the rate that matches the room tariff, printed or sent on WhatsApp.
• Dorm beds and rooms sit side by side, so hostels and mixed properties run on one screen.

Where the data goes

Under the DPDP Act the hotel is the Data Fiduciary and decides what to collect; Orajic is the Data Processor and handles it only on the hotel's instructions. What it costs

Lite is ₹999 a month for up to 20 rooms and 30 dorm beds and includes Aadhaar check-in, the guest register and Guest ID report, and GST bills.
